Edwin was hired to hang very large bulky IKEA cabinets that were nearly the length from the floor to the high ceiling and it covered a whole wall. I was really impressed with his craftsmanship. He was well prepared, very meticulous, well organized, and he kept his work area very clean. This project involved cutting into my drywall walls in multiple locations to reinforce the sturdiness of the IKEA cabinets and its contents. Due to the multiple areas to cut, I expected dust to be everywhere. I had covered nearby areas with sheets and moving blankets to help minimize dust buildup due to my breathing health issues and they were not even needed due to his outstanding cleanliness. He was very considerate to my health and he had his son right behind him with a shop vac to collect any debris while he sawed into the wall. There was hardly any dust whatsoever. Also, as a retired law enforcement officer, I even trusted him to be within my residence alone while I had to get my children from school during this project. I highly recommend him. His contact info has already been passed along to friends. If you need any craftsmanship work done to your home, Edwin is your guy.

I would Edwin 10 stars if I could!! We had 2 bathroom remodels, new tile floors put in and a kitchen remodel. Edwins attention to detail is impeccable, all of his work was phenomenal but his finishing work is by far the best that I've seen. And I'm pretty damn picky. I was recommended to Edwin and Designs and Restorations by my parents who had some nice work done by him in their Tampa condo. I hired Edwin to work on a number of things in a 1926 bungalow in Seminole Heights. The project included:

• Painting the home

• Building closets
